How To Become A Better You

Life is meant to live abundantly and joyful, yet at the same time doing what one love’s to do. So why is it that so many people are not doing what they truly love and not living a life full of abundance? How to become a better you is meant to help you begin to tap into some of your unused potential. We all have an unlimited amount of potential; however not many of us use it. I myself have not mastered this area however I have done a lot of reading on this particular are and would like to share with you some of my knowledge.


In the book “How To Become A Better You” by Joel Osteen he talks about several ways to tap into your unlimited potential.


The first step he discusses is to keep pressing forward towards what you desire. Many people get stuck in a rut in their everyday lives and quit trying to better themselves. Most of them live by what they were told as a child “they would never be able to amount to anything,” and they let those words stop them from truly becoming a successful person. If you were told negative stuff when you were a child then you must find a way to get over that because all it will do is keep you where you are. Do not get stuck living a mediocre life. If you have achieved what you set your goals to achieve; then it is time to set new goals and begin striving towards those. How to become a better you talks about how keep pushing yourself to new levels and never become stagnant and comfortable with where you currently are.


Always be positive towards yourself stop the negative self talk. We all have thousands of thoughts that run through our heads on a daily basis, most of those can be negative if we do not learn how to control our thoughts. You must take control of the thoughts and learn how to replace the negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Constantly fill your subconscious with things like I am successful, I am powerful, everything I desire is on its way to me, I am creative, etc… As you continue to do this on a daily basis you will influence your subconscious mind and before long you will become a better you.


You must begin today to form better habits in order to become a better you. If you desire anything in life you must learn how to get rid of some bad habits and begin developing new habits. It takes 30 days to develop a new habit; yet most people do not have the self discipline to stick with it until it does become a habit. Once you get past the 30 days something becomes routine and you do not have to think about it anymore. If you wish to begin working on a new habit take small steps towards achieving it; however begin at once.
